We are glad to introduce our innovative gas rice cooker to you. It is a successful gas appliance of using Magnetic Temperature Controller with Thermal Couple (flame failure safety device). The Magnetic Temperature Controller equipped in our gas rice cooker is a durable and safe device whose patent has been registered in many countries.
The benefit of using the device is that you do not need regular or frequent replacement of the bimetallic temperature sensor which is widely used in the traditional gas rice cooker. This device is also safer than the bimetallic temperature sensor because the bimetallic temperature sensor does not always work properly to extinguish the fire.
Magnetic Temperature Controller
This device is the temperature sensor with a flat surface contacting closely with the heat point of the bottom of the rice cooker pot. As we turn on the gas, the fire burns the rice cooker pot until this device detects the temperature reaching to the point that will switch off the gas. It means that the rice in the cooker pot is done.
Thermal Couple (flame failure safety device)
By using the Thermal Couple, the gas will be cut off automatically to make sure there is no gas leak when flame failure happens.
The Knob Panel
The gas appliance is easy to operate. Just turning the knob once, the rice will be done perfectly and the gas will be shut off automatically. There is no troublesome multi-button to ignite the main fire , nor does it need to close the pilot gas valve manually.
